MERCHANDISE

Merchandise can be purchased at time of entry and picked up from the Information Tent on race day.
No merchandise will be available to purchase on race day.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available until the 5th August minus a $20 admin fee. From the 6th August no refunds will be provided but we can transfer to following year or to another participant. In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 no refunds will be issued. Your entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date.

TRANSFERS
If you would like to change your race distance this can be done until the 5th August. If you would like to transfer your entry to 2025 this can be done up until 4 weeks prior to the race
