The Earlybird fee is payable if entering prior to the 1st June. The Late fee is payable if entering on or after Friday 1st August. Entries close 12pm on Friday 22nd August or when event full (Max 1200 competitors)

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise can be purchased at time of entry and picked up from the Information Tent on race day.
No merchandise will be available to purchase on race day.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available until the 31st July minus a $20 admin fee. From the 1st August no refunds will be provided but we can transfer to following year (up until 13 August) or to another participant ** (up until 21 August). In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 no refunds will be issued. Your entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date.

CHANGES
​Distance changes can be made up until race registration date. Changes to a longer distance will incur the difference in entry fee, and if made on or after 1 August, the difference will be calculated on the late fee.
