The Earlybird fee is payable if entering up to midnight 31 October 2025.The Late fee is payable if entering on or after Saturday 1st August 2026. Entries close 12pm on Friday 21st August or when event full (Max 1300 competitors)

Merchandise can be purchased at time of entry and picked up from the Information Tent on race day.
No merchandise will be available to purchase on race day.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available until the 31st July minus a $20 admin fee. From the 1st August no refunds will be provided.

In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 no refunds will be issued. Your entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date.

TRANSFERS
Entries may be transferred to another competitor prior to midnight 31 July 2026. A transfer fee of $20 will be payable.

CHANGES
​Distance changes can be made up until race registration date. Changes to a longer distance will incur the difference in entry fee, and if made on or after 1 August, the difference will be calculated on the late fee.
